How are smaller orders shipped?

The majority of our parcel orders are shipped via the courier DPD.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping notification from the courier which will confirm the delivery date of your order and provide you with a 1-hour time slot for your delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched the delivery address of your order cannot be changed.

Please note, if you request for the courier to leave your parcel in a safe location regardless of whether or not the courier has left your parcel in the incorrect location requested, we (Bulldog Gear) are not liable and will not dispatch a replacement order – this is done so at your own risk.

All larger orders will be sent on a pallet via a shipping network.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive a similar email to the below depending on the size, shape, and weight of your order:

“We are pleased to advise that your order has been dispatched for delivery.

As soon as your pallet arrives at your local depot the courier will contact you to book a suitable delivery time and date.

Your order will arrive on a curtain-sided vehicle, secured to a pallet, and will require a signature.

We have requested for the courier to deliver and unload your order on a vehicle with a tail lift.

However, if this is not possible due to the exceptional length/weight of the pallet, this will have to be unloaded manually.

Please note – this will have to be done by yourself as the delivery drivers are not insured to handle the goods.

We have also requested for the courier to contact you one hour prior to delivery.

If there are any problems regarding the scheduled delivery, please can you contact us as soon as possible, so that we can contact the courier to rearrange the delivery date.

If delivery is attempted and not made you will be subject to additional charges.

If we are unable to fulfill any of the items from your order, these items will be listed at the bottom of the confirmation email and will be dispatched as soon as these items have arrived back into stock.

Please note, the price of the pallet your goods are shipped on are included in your shipping charges.

Usually, the courier will take this away but if not this is your responsibility to discard.”

All of the shipping prices generated from our website apply to the UK mainland ONLY.

Therefore, these shipping prices exclude areas within the UK such as Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey & The Scottish Highlands, etc.

Consequently, if you have placed an order from one of these regions (or similar) and the incorrect shipping charges have been applied to your order, please do not be alarmed if a member of our sales team contacts you shortly after placing an order to arrange an additional payment to cover the shipping costs.

If you are not willing to pay these additional charges then your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued (for more information regarding this please refer to our terms and conditions).

If you are from one of the regions listed above and would like to place an order we would strongly recommend contacting our sales team email via (sales@starkfitnesseg.com) for a more accurate and competitive quote.

If you have chosen to collect your order in person directly from our warehouse, you must have an organised collection slot allocated before your arrival. Please bear in mind that we are a functioning warehouse not a showroom and we cannot accommodate customers who do not have a prior confirmed collection appointment. We do not offer tours of our warehousing or manufacturing facility or have products on display to view.

Organising Collection:

1. Once you have placed your order and confirmed payment on your order online and selected “collection” as your chosen method of delivery, Bulldog Gear Ltd will Email you when the order is ready to collect.
** PLEASE NOTE: If you turn up prior to our collection confirmation we will not be able to supply you with your order on demand.**
2. Upon arrival please ring the bell and wait for assistance, we ask that you do not proceed into the warehouse for health and safety reasons. Someone will be with you shortly, please bring your order details and some form of ID with you.
3. Once your order details have been confirmed, your order will be brought out to the front of our warehouse. Please make sure you have an adequate sized vehicle for your items and bring extra pair of hands to help with larger items. If you need more info on weights and box dimensions of your order we can provide you with this on request. We cannot load goods into your vehicle as we cannot be accountable/liable for insurance purposes.
4. Once the item has left the front of our warehouse you as the customer take full responsibility for any damages that may be caused to products during loading or transit.

If you have placed an order which includes a pre-order item, your whole order will be shipped together when the selected pre-order item has arrived back in stock, you should receive updates on when this will be.

To prevent longer waits on orders we would strongly recommend placing two separate orders as your order will not be dispatched until the pre-order items are back in stock.

Occasionally, we will ship your order as 2 or even 3 parcels – this is due to the size, shape, and weight of your order.

For example, if you have only received 2 of your parcels and are awaiting a third, please remain patient. The likelihood is that your outstanding parcel is on another delivery vehicle and will be delivered within 24hours of receiving your initial delivery.

To check the number of parcels which have been dispatched, simply check your tracking information or check the label on one of your parcels which will confirm the number of consignments that have been booked in for delivery.

If your order has been dispatched and you still haven’t received your order within a reasonable timeframe please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve this issue as quickly as possible – sales@starkfitnesseg.com.com

If we are unable to resolve the following issue DPD will initially arrange for a parcel search in the delivery depot where your order was last scanned – this process can take between 3-5 days.

If DPD are unable to locate your order we will raise a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement order to be dispatched.

Please note, a replacement order will only be dispatched when DPD have completed their investigation.

How to return an existing item?

Please email customer.service@bulldoggear.com detailing why the item is being returned and whether you would like a refund, quoting your order number.

From receipt, you have 28 days to decide if you want to return any item from your order. Your item must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Should 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we receive the item it will be inspected, and processed. We will then confirm via email what action we have taken.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase and, in the event we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and contact you via email. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you or refunded at a percentage of the original value.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and we recommend that you use a postal service that both insures you for the value of the goods and requires a signature upon receipt. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note: All refunds will take 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send a refund to the purchase of the gift to the gift giver only.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

If these routes are not successful and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer.service@bulldoggear.com.

We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but deduct the delivery charge except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations or the entire order was faulty. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the item you are returning.

f an error has occurred please contact our customer service department as soon as possible.

The following may affect the amount you have been refunded:

– The delivery charge would only be refunded on cancelled orders under Distance Selling Regulations.

– If an item has been returned damaged.

– The goods are faulty.

– Discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may not now be applicable.

We are really sorry if we made a mistake when processing your request! If you were expecting a replacement and got a refund instead, this maybe because we were unable to exchange the item for what you wanted. In this instance we would automatically issue you with a refund, so that you have the choice to purchase whatever goods you want instead. If you were expecting a refund and we sent you replacement goods, please get in touch, so we can sort it out for you.

When will a product come back in stock?

UK made products are produced every 2-4 weeks, identified by a ‘Made in the United Kingdom’ logo on the product page e.g. Squat Racks, Power Racks, Rigs, Rig Accessories and Storage.

For all non UK stock items if we don’t have a select date for this item, please sign up to our automated notification system via the ‘Notify Me When Available Button’ and will contact you when the item becomes available again.

We have a number of items available for purchase as Pre-Order.

These products are given an estimated dispatch week written on the product page at the top of the product description, in BOLD and RED.

‘PRE-ORDER your weight vest for dispatch week commencing 25th July’.

Please note: These are ESTIMATED dates for dispatch and may be SUBJECT TO CHANGE due to issues surrounding Brexit, COVID-19, and the well advertised issues regarding port congestion and delays. We strive to provide the most timely and up to date information, but given that this is a European and cross industry issue from fitness to automotive, it is out of our control and we are unable to provide individual updates and the normal level service our customers expect.

Please do not place an order for a Pre-Order item unless you accept that there may be some delays in the shipment and in our communication to update you as the situation changes daily.

When will my order be dispatched?

If you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your next correspondence will not be until dispatch from the warehouse.

All in-stock items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Where possible we are trying to ship orders sooner.

Unfortunately we have suspended all shipping outside of mainland UK, including the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We thank you all for your patience and understanding at this difficult time, we are doing everything possible to get orders to you as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately due to the high volume of orders being placed, we are unable to add additional items to existing orders. These will have to be placed separately.

f you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer.service@bulldoggear.com with your order confirmation number. We will issue a full refund, but due to current operations there may be a delay in receiving the funds back into your account – please bear with us.

Please Note:

All requests to cancel orders must be made via the customer.service@bulldoggear.com email address and not via social media. Please include your order number in the email subject for all correspondence.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has shipped you will be liable for shipping and returns charges.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide quotations at this time due to fluctuations in stock levels and high demand. This will be reviewed on a month-to-month basis. Should you wish to place an order, please do so though the website.

We are currently unable to provide custom orders at this time. Should you be looking to create a custom space and are happy to wait, please send through as much information as possible including kit list, images of space and dimensions to customer.service@bulldoggear.com and we’ll get back to you when we are able to in the near future.
