How long does a full gym project take from inquiry to installation?
Typically 6–8 weeks total: 1 week for consultation and proposal, 3–5 weeks for production, and 1–3 days for installation depending on project size. We'll give you a precise timeline in your proposal. Rush production is available for an additional fee.
Can you match our brand colors and add custom logos?
Yes — this is one of Stark's core advantages. We fabricate everything in-house, so any RAL color, powder-coat finish, or laser-engraved logo is possible. Share your brand guidelines and we'll match them exactly.
Do you deliver and install outside Jeddah?
Yes. We deliver and install across all of KSA and have completed projects in UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar. Delivery costs are included in your project quote — no surprise freight charges.
What warranty do commercial projects carry?
All Stark-fabricated equipment carries a 2-year structural warranty. Third-party products carry the manufacturer's warranty. We also offer an optional annual maintenance contract for large facilities.
Can we pay in installments or milestones?
Commercial projects are invoiced in milestones: typically 40% on contract confirmation, 40% on production completion, and 20% on installation sign-off. For large-scale projects, we can discuss a tailored payment structure.
Do we get to see a 3D layout before we commit?
Yes. After the site consultation, we provide a complete 3D layout of your gym with equipment placement and zone planning — at no charge and before any payment is required. You should see exactly what you're getting before you agree to anything.
What if we already have some equipment?
No problem. We work around existing equipment all the time. Share what you have and we'll design the new layout to integrate with it — or advise on what's worth keeping.
